Another thread has a specific question about FHA certification.
The requirements for certification recently have been revised--in a good way! For a summary, visit davis-stirling.com and click on the Newsletter tab.
There also are articles in their Newsletter of today about contracts with management companies and a balcony having had tiling put on it without ARC approval. Note that the latter is specific to CA, but it's still interesting.
