Generally if are not on the BOD, employee wages/benefits are private information. The employees are hired by the BOD and/or management company, not you.

There will usually be a budget line item for staff but it will generally be an overall number with no breakdown.

Why are you asking?

Hope this helps.

In our HOA the salary range for each job title is available but not the individual employee's exact pay. We have about 50 full time employees.

Jerry,

TX law will allow member to review most Association files.

However, things that can breach privacy laws or attorney/client privilege are allowed to be withheld from the membership (it's the boards choice). Rather than risk legal action for breaking privacy laws or compromise legal challenges by releasing attorney/client communications, most Boards withhold that information.

Depending on the detail of the Association financial statements, you should be able to see how much money is spent on the contract (which may mostly be salary).

You should be able to obtain a copy of the contracts for any services provided by independent contractors.

If they are actual employees (vs. independent contractors) you will likely never see that information unless you are a member of the Board.
