At our annual meeting last August I was asked to do the minutes. I recorded them as I always did years ago and come home and within a week I type them out and they are ready to go (Only using recording to clear up anything for my use). I got a letter this week requesting my recordings, notes, videos to be "returned to the association". The following question is because the President hates me (because I have caught improper, deceptive practices. She even illegally had me removed from the Board. So I have no problem and want to provide my typed out minutes (which is in my history ...only written typed. Will that suffice or must I give her my recording and any notes?
She is constantly trying to find a way to ome after me in a very mean driven way.
Thank you.
