I am a homeowner in a community that has an HOA. I am looking for the website that lists the public records of delinquent HOA dues in Florida. I know they are public record if filed with the court. Can anyone help?

They would typically only be public record once a lien is filed. Most Associations carry delinquent accounts for awhile prior to actually filing a lien. My understanding is that liens are attached to the deed and one would need to search the property records to identify if a property has a lien associated with it or not. Of course, my understanding could be wrong.

I don't know about Florida but here all I have to do is go the the County Court's website and enter the legal name of my Association. All of the cases they are currently involved in, including liens show up.

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions

search your county official records by name. i.e.. google Seminole county fl official records then click on that site and plug in the info. You'll be amazed what is available in Florida

You will not find any website that will list delinquent homeowners in Florida. The only thing you will find is your county clerks site that will list any liens on a property & you usually have to search by name.

Request a current accounts receivable report from the property manager - you are entitled to see it per Florida law.

That will give you the info you need.

In many places one cannot reveal the name of a deliquent homeowner until some form of public legal action is taken such as filing a lien. Even then many associations are reticent to do so.

Often an accounts receivable statement will just show overdue dues, but not identify the person.

Hope this helps.
