I haven't seen Airbnb.com mentioned anywhere on this forum. It's a service similar to vrbo.com where owners of properties can rent out rooms (or the entire property) for days or weeks. Most of the time, the owner is either on vacation and wants to put their vacant home to use, or the owner has an extra room they want to rent.

Are any other HOAs caring much about this, or implementing restrictions in the CCRs?

There does not appear to be an edit function or I would remove the company names, after having read the rules closer.

Read your local HOA covenants very closely as this is a local policy matter, local being your individual community. If they allow it, they allow it. Simple.

I'll take it at face value that you accidentally posted names and this isn't spam, the reason you don't see sites like that mentioned is that in most HOA's minimum rental term is six months and short term rentals are verboten.
