My township has allowed a excavating company operate for several years now without the proper permits on private property the company has been removing dirt, fill, what ever you call it has been mining I guess they have removed so many trees and changed the way the water runs off the property now it all drains to the back of there gravel pit and into a wet land area I live kinda behind this place and there is not any immedate affect but I am sure that the compelet structure of the eviroment is going to be affected sooner or later this is a ruarl area and most of the township members have even used this company and it is located right on a main state road with in about a mile of the township hall every person in the township has to drive right by it to get to any town in the areathey are breaking every law you can think of can I sue the township for allowing this to go on.
