Was wondering if anyone would share a generic voting proxy - I would like to start with something generic and then edit it to provide for directed (i.e the unit owner indicates his or her choice(s))and undirected (i.e. the unit owner allows the proxy holder to vote as they want to).

Attached are examples of a general proxy, allow the proxy representative to vote as they see fit, and a directed proxy, specifying how the vote should be cast.

We use directed proxies as members are more willing to fill them out.
