Can someone tell me if an HOA board must provide copies of contracts to individual owners? Is it covered by 'right to inspect documents'

If yes, do they have to provide them a copy or can they simply allow them to view it in the office.

Thanks.

There are many kinds of Board-approved contracts that homeowners may review--but not all of them. For examples of each type, go to davis-sterling.com, Main Index, Contract Formation.

As you'll see, you'll need to put your request in writing.
