One of our Board of Directors has been inactive for over six months and does not contribute anything to our current BOD. We are a condominium in Florida and want to know how we can remove this board member? We will never get a quorum of the membership as most of the owners are investors.

The easiest way would be to ask for his resignation since he's too busy to participate. Failing that, unless your CC&R's have some qualification to remain a Board member that he is not meeting i.e. missed more than three consecutive meetings, no longer a member in good standing etc. Then the only other option is to either recall him or wait till he's up for re-election and actively campaign to replace him.

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions
