Hi

My condo board has changed the rules and regulations to require pets to be under 50 pounds. My dogs are over that limit but I have been living here before they made the change. Do these rules apply to me and my dogs. or can this rule only be used to prevent new pets from being over 50 pounds?

Thanks

Off hand I would say it would only apply to new pets but to be on the safe side, I would contact the Board and ask what their policy is on existing pets.

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions

Ask them to grandfather your pet until the pet passes on or you move.
