There have been a couple of posts recently about contracts, what should be in them, whether an attorney is needed.

An excellent site containing such information for Boards & Property Managers is Davis-Sterling.com, scroll down the Main Index to Contracts. There you'll find a great deal of useful advice including 10 common mistakes, sample RFP (Request for Proposal) checklist and more.

While this site includes info specific to CA, most of the materials about contracts will help anyone, anywhere.
