FL Condominium law covers the Prospectus or offering circular under 718.504

From what I read in that statute, the prospectus is required to be filed with the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes prior to entering into a contract for the home. Being filed is not the same as the State having approval authority on the prospectus.

You may want to contact Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes to check if approval is required.

Hope this helps,

Tim
