Just a new Board Member of a HOA Mobile Home Park --Lots and MH are privately and individually owned

The problem beig addressed is Rentals ---

I find a lot of good info -- but i need to Kow if the subject designations can be used interchangeably in applying the information --

Am new to this so go easy on me

Yours is an HOA (Homeowner's Association), a COA is a Condominium Association. a Community Association can probably be used interchangeably, but it's good to get in the practice of calling it one, or the other (HOA or COA).
