My NNJ annual election is February 8. We have 2 Boards, an HOA that governs the single-family and townhouse owners/common areas to all, and a COA that governs townhouse owners/common areas to townhouse owners. The director term is up for the current COA President, he is not running for the COA but is seeking a director position on the HOA. The HOA and COA Proxy Forms state the names of those that have declared they are running. The HOA Proxy form has the name of the COA President with an asterisk next to it. Then defines the asterisk to mean "Incumbent seeking re-election". Does anyone have a comment on the accuracy of the Proxy Form?
