Most of those sites have copies of their governing documents. Make sure that any documents you review outside of VA complies with VA law before incorporating sections to your documents.
If your rewriting documents and you want easy changes, for some things (like elections) you should have the CC&Rs defer to the Bylaws (which can typically be amended easier than the CC&Rs). Also make sure you don't have conflicts between the documents.
