Hey everybody,

I am new here. My name is Barnabas Rogers, I joined here because there are many things to learn from here and can gain experience and knowledge from different topics. So I hope all members will invite me to share opinion and interact with me.

1. Do you presently live in an HOA?

2. Are you on the BOD of the HOA.

3. Do you overall like of dislike how the HOA is run?

New opinions are always welcome. Just keep in mind that what you see on this forum is not legal advice. There are a wide variety of members including board members, former board members, disgruntled board members and unhappy owners, landlords and former members of HOA's etc. etc. all with their own viewpoint.

Having said that it is a great place to get different viewpoints,opinions and ideas on problems and many are very helpful.
