I'm trying to find a good company to audit a project that our HOA Board managed but appears they did not follow the Declaration. When I try to look one up on the internet I get CPA companies but I think I should use one that specializing in Condo HOA practices. Any suggestions?

What state are you in? To find professionals, you can usually check for a CAI chapter near you, and their web site usually has a service directory. Here's the link to find a chapter:
