I have extremely hostile an violent neighbors. The police visit our street at least twice a week. Vehicle vandalism has also began. I am formally complaing to the HOA and Property Mgmt Co. What power do they have to stop this? This has been going on for over 2 years. Most of us fear serious retribution but I have to do something. Someone is going to get seriously hurt. There have been multiple arrests but this doesn't seem to affect them. They think it's funny. PLEASE HELP!!!

Vicci, this is a matter for the police to handle. Covenant violations can be reported to and handled by the MC for the HOA.
