The pipes from my unit were leaking into the unit below. They are connected. Since this is a problem between TWO units, shouldn't our condo association insurance cover the repairs? The market rate for 2 plumbers in our are is 125.00 per hour (2 people) The association is charging me $255.00 per hour in Tennessee.A one day job of replacing one toilet and repairing pipes is now costing $3,000.!!PLEASE ADVISE!
