Hi everyone,

Our By-laws stipulates that we can rent our condo but there is no rule regarding the rental of an individual parking space/garage. What is the best approach for someone looking to rent a space. Should we use the same procedure that is outlined in our By-laws for the rental of an indvidual unit or should we have the residents vote? This is a very small complex with no visitor parking. Thank you.

Not enough info here. Some Condo's have parking spaces that are owned by unit owners and some have assign or open spaces that are common area elements that are owned by the COA.

Thank you for your response. Each unit has 2 parking spaces, a garage and an outdoor space, which is owned by each owner.
