Rules not applying to Board Members??

Hello,

Yes, it appears as though one or more of our current board members can't seem keep their trash or inappropriate things off their front door step Other homeowner's have complained, but these are the same homeowner's who get the warning letters, fines etc.

Our board members are not going to discipline themselves obviously. But there is an ogoing issue with trash outside the door, inappropriate things outside storage areas.. all of which our current board has actually cited others for.

Our rules are simple. The board knows better and its the same ones over and over again.. but do we send a letter to them? its dismissed in session all the time.

I guess it's not clear.. discussion in executive.. where units are fined, letters sent etc. The board member who has had complaints about her leaving stuff outside her door etc.. is ignored by the entire board.. I have made it clear I do not support favoritism, but it appears as though it's happening and I am the minority.
