We are a HOA and I registerd this year as a corporation with sunbiz. Does this mean we do not pay Florida Sales tax on any itens the HOA buys for our use ?? Thank you

I believe in most states you either have to be a tax-exempt charitable [IRS 501(c)(3)] organization or the goods you purchase have to be for resale. Even retailers and wholesalers must pay tax on the goods they purchase for their own use.

Which all means you likely have to pay sales tax.
