Does anyone know if Tennessee even has any laws that specifically pertain to HOA's? I have done numerous searches and have come up empty handed. Can anyone help me out by pointing me in the right direction?

No they don't, just condos (Horizontal Real Property Act) and Timeshares. Even their link to the Horizontal Real Property Act is bad.
