Sounds like any other collection agency.

I also just checked, the website you listed was created on 17 MAY 2011.

Therefore at best it's a new business (or old business just now advertising on the Internet)

At worst, it's a scam

More than likely, it's just a marketing plan by it's parent company (since it claims more than 50 years in the business and implies that a parent exists but never mentions them).

BTW - it's listed in the phone book as Association Capital Resource Management
There is no BBB listing for either of them.

Personally, I don't get warm fuzzes based on what little looking into them that I did.

As an addition to Tim's info:

Both Association Capital Resources LLC and Association Capital Resources Management LLC are limited liability companies in the State of Florida that were both created on 05/16/2011. This coincides pretty well with Tim's sleuthing of the longevitiy (or lack thereof) of their website.

For each LLC, the registered agent is an attorney from a law firm in Tampa. The company itself appears to be based in Jacksonville. It appears that they may only be able to service FL associations, but that isn't entirely clear from their website.
