Welcome to the Hotel California. Ok so my developers reign of terror expired so I called a meeting to elect board members.His secretary sends me an Email sayiny we elected him pres. at a meeting I could not make 1 year and a half ago. I say why would he do that he had complete control . So the guy never had an election for other board members does not propose a budget does not have annual meetings and does not show expenses brocken down by month. He just has 1 line that says other.If you have an issue he tells you to take care of it yourself and he does not get paid to do it. Tried listing condo in spring market still to soft." You can check out any time you like but you can never leave" Help

By "reign of terror" do you mean there was a turnover? He must be a member now (owner).

What is the term of his office?

The developers control expired in june.But he says He is still in charge because of the election.There are no minutes so he says I have to petition the board to have the board removed.I do not want to do this because his meeting to be elected was redundant he was already the president and I feel that he is no longer in control. He is running this Hoa against state laws I have zero money for Atty.
