Salary Schedules

Does anyone know of a source where I can get information on the salary being paid by various HOAs to their employees in Florida; namely manager, bookkeeper, admin and maintenance? We are beginning our 2012 Budget planning and there has been discussion on whether to provide a raise for the HOA employees. Some feel that due to the fact there is no inflation being reported by Fed there is no need for a raise. The question I have is are the salaries being paid commensurate with the average being paid within the state for these positions. Thanks.
