Hi there,
Does anyone have a draft or are currently using a form for board self evaluation?
Sort of along the lines of;
Are you happy in your position as board member?
What is the board doing very well?
What areas can we use improvement?
What do you most like?
What do you least like?
Do you feel comfortable in expressing opinions amongst your associates?

Does anyone do this type of thing in their association?

We just talk about this stuff when things come up vs. doing a formal evaluation.
I always ask for comments, questions or concerns as the last item at every meeting.

I think a freer expression would be had with an unsigned form of some type and open one on one discussion would follow.
