We are a community of 60 homes, in Peoria, AZ

I am in Sun City, Az (just down the street) and we use Colby Management (623-977-3860) - They serve most of the Sun City Condo's. They have a number of offerings from basic bookeeping to full management.

If it is not personal (why would your Mgmt company dump your organization?)

dump?
A management company could terminate an Agreement for several reasons. Often it may be due to a poorly functioning Board which could place the MC in jeopardy or insufficient profit margin.

Our current status has never been better. As I understand, the Mgmt co is down sizing and we were on the chop block.

Angie,
Yes, your contract can be terminated. Your Management Agreement will determine when and under what conditions it can be terminated. Yes, you can hire another management company if an agreement which is satisfactory to both parties can be established.

Edit: The explaination we got without any references. We were told we are too small for them. They have a policy that the gross revenue needs to be 5% of their total or they drop the client. They gave us 30 days to find a new mgmt co.
