Past BOD members not happy with Pres, conflict of interst as another BOD member has his family working in HOA and doing billing. Pres questioned bills, Treasurer not knowing took sides with VP. Now Pres was asked to step down, now MAL, Current Pres refuses to include MAL on all emails between the BOD.

What to do!!!!

Unless the e-mails are about existing or potential litigation against the member at large (MAL), all board members should be included in any and all board e-mails.

If the President doesn't want to comply, then the current board members need to step up and make it happen or remove that individual from the position as President.

Kj19450,

To be honest, based on your posts in other threads that all seem to center around this issue, your Board needs to quit acting like children and start behaving as adults.

Tim, Thank you! I feel the same but wanted to make sure that my thinking and knowledge is the same as yours. When you have been a BOD member for years and this happens, its that you start 2nd guessing the knowledge you thought you have acquired and had been doing the best job to your ability!

When you have non-active BOD members and this happens it throws a person for a loop.

Thank you again!
