This is my first time asking a question. I'm a new elected member of the board of trustees / officer of our Hoa When & where should the election results posted & entered into the minutes.

The minutes of the meeting should follow the order of the meetings agenda.

The results of the election should be announced to the membership at the meeting if possible. If it's not possible to announce them at the meeting, you should announce them to the membership via newsletter or flier as soon as practical. Typically within the first 15-20 days after the election.

You should check your States HOA/Condo laws, your Associations governing documents and (if you are incorporated) your States corporation laws to see if they specify an exact time frame.
