Per DSA I am wondering if the limit to post results of an annual election is 15 days or is it 7. Our PM has NOT posted the results and it's been a few weeks.
I am not able to find the DSA link that states when the results must be posted..

Fiona,

You should bookmark this link: Davis-Sterling.com
It's an excellent resource on CA HOA laws.

Here is the specific link about announcing the results:
http://www.davis-stirling.com/ElectionCentral/ElectionLaws/ElectionProcedures/8CountingBallots/AnnouncingElectionResults/tabid/2034/Default.aspx#axzz1QJtYZcoK

Per that link, the Association has 15 days to publicize the results. Now it doesn't specify how to publicize the results. Therefore, announcing them at the meeting could be considered complying with the law. So could posting them on the Associations website.

If there was a large turnover on the Board, it's also possible that the individuals aren't aware of the time line or the new person in charge of making the newsletter hasn't done one before and doesn't know where to begin.

I would suggest trying Donnas' approach and just ask for the results.
