Now it doesn't specify how to publicize the results. Therefore, announcing them at the meeting could be considered complying with the law. So could posting them on the Associations website.
If there was a large turnover on the Board, it's also possible that the individuals aren't aware of the time line or the new person in charge of making the newsletter hasn't done one before and doesn't know where to begin.
I would suggest trying Donnas' approach and just ask for the results.
