Greetings,

I'm new to this forum as well, I'm looking for information regarding drainage maintenance as well as roadway requirements once a association ceases to exist. I work for a County Engineers office here in Ohio, and were reviewing our engineering code as well as our conveyenace standards. We have two homeowner associations within our county, and I'm looking for some information.

Thank you,

Mike Keefe

Hello also. I'm glad to read that other HOAs have already dealt with many of the things our HOA is confronting. By learning from their experiences us newcomers don't have to reinvent the wheel, just modify it to fit our vehicle.
