Would apprecite any insight on which is the best avenue to take to protect our association members. Is it better to become an LLC or incorporate?

Don't know much about either, although I do know we are an LLC.

If i'm not mistaken Incorprated you become tax-free non-pofit subvision, which means no one on the board gets paid to do their job as voted board members. I hope I got that correct.
