Does anyone else have this structure in their community? The builder of our subdivision created several separate HOA's. We all share the same road to access our particular neighborhood, and the builder placed the ownership and management of this common road and associated landscape with one of these HOA's. As a result, each HOA is assessed a monthly fee to pay into the common grounds operating and reserve fund, which is controlled by the board of the HOA who owns the common ground.

Sounds like a Master Association. This is common but I have not been involved in one.
