We have a Board Member who will not follow rules and regs. Technically he is not a member in "good standing" as our CCR's say he must be, based on violation letters he has received.

Seems like a broken system if people can remain on the BOD while ignoring the same rules they are expected to enforce.

How can we as a group remove him from the Board? The Bylaws terminology seems like a foreign language.

Only the homeowner "members" can recall board of directors. The following is from Davis-Stirling:
