Are you talking Assessments you made or your neighbors made?
You have a right to see the financial information of the Association and even be informed of how many lots are behind in assessments. However, you do not have the right to know which lots. You have a right to see the details for your specific lot but not for your neighbor or a different lot.

Yes, but the Association has the right to charge a reasonable fee for those copies.
