At our first meeting, the MC printed a copy of the agenda for everyone who came. Now, our third, do I have to print one out for everyone again or just for the board members?

I'm the prez and I ran out of paper tonight.

You should print one for everyone, but if you can't, explain the paper and ask them to share. But also, put a big copy up on a wall where everyone can see it.
