Current news in a battle between a condo board and a woman with a "prescription animal" for a mental health issue...

It's not clear who the winner will be, as the suits are just starting, but apparently, Broward county feels the HOA board may be violating the FHA, although they agree they are not violating the ADA.

Just goes to show how confusing all the laws can be.

Thank you Brian ... informative article. I also recommend everyone read the comments from various readers to understand different perspectives which might come at any of us in the future. One comment brought up the subject of soldiers returning from Afghanistan and Iraq.
