HOA not responding to complaints and request

I've been requesting information for the last month from my hoa such as when is the next board meeting or any meeting, when was the last one, when is the next election, and who are the people on the board and haven't recieve a response as of yet. I've been filing complaints on certain issues that needs to be corrected in our neihgborhood but haven't heard a word. I've sent numerous emails and left numerous messages. I've expressed intrest on joining the board but can't get a response back on anything I've asked. Is there anything else I can do. Who can I report this to if anyone?

Who are you sending these requests to? Is it an email address for your HOA, a property manager or a Board member?

None fot the info you're looking for is secret, so if those requests are actually getting through to someone, you should get a response.

It may take at least a month before you get a response, so don't be surprised that it's taking a while, especially if your HOA doesn't hold monthly Board meetings or has a full time manager.
