Our HOA held its annual meeting and we did not have a quorum, but two new board members were elected. One homeowner questioned the validity of the annual meeting and the selection of the new board members later. Here is the dilemma
1. If the meeting was invalid, are the new board members invalid also?
2. If yes, is the first meeting of the board invalid as well?
3. Do the "new" members have to submit another form to be eligible for the second "annual" meeting soon?
4. If we do not get a quorum again, do we have to accept the "new" board members?
5. Do we have to accept nominations from the floor?
