When are the minutes "due" to be presented to the board?

Typically at the minutes of the Board are due at the next board meeting when the are approved or amended then approved.

General membership meeting minutes are due at the next general membership meeting.

Some States, like VA, has time limits for the draft minutes to be available. I do not think that TX is one of those states.

VA law states:

"draft minutes of the board of directors shall be open for inspection and copying (i) within 60 days from the conclusion of the meeting to which such minutes appertain or (ii) when such minutes are distributed to board members as part of an agenda package for the next meeting of the board of directors, whichever occurs first. ยง 55-510"
