I have a great letter for delinquent assessments, but I must remove company infor first. Do you have a email I can send it to?

Here is our final letter prior to turning the issue over to our attorney.
This one we send via certified mail.

I read that some states mandate the delivery methods,. But, the wordage should be developed by the attorney that is representing you. Because, he is the one that has to defend you if you proceed to liens, foreclosures, and or courts.

May I interject that you make sure what you can charge for late fees. Is it in your documentation that you can charge late fees and at what rate? I'd review your documents to verify the proper procedure and amount. It's also good to copy that reference and use it in your notification. It will encourage people to read their documentation to know what else is going on too.
