We are holding our first meeting and I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on how to record our minutes.
I got some great ideas for Proxy designation forms and examples of meeting notices from you guys!

If you are in essence wondering about an overall format I would suggest reviewing a copy of your local city council meeting minutes. You will note that their minutes in essence will follow their posted agenda.
