Do any HOAs in Florida report the payment histories of HOA fees of its homeowners to the 3 credit bureaus?

I know you asked "Do".... and we do not per se but other actions by us have similar effects.

This reporting almost always occurs if you sell the debt to a collections agency (we have once).

The HOA can put a lien on a property (in some states) which also becomes public record.

The major credit bureaus constantly hunt for such public information so it should not be long before they find out about one.

They don't track utility bills, so no way would they be interested in HOA payment records.

Only if it got to bankruptcy status.

We have notified our members, in addition to late fees, if they do not pay, the big 3 credit bureaus will be notified.

We are going to use this service, but have not had a need to use it yet.

If we do have to use this service, which is cheap, we will add the cost to their bill.

Does it make a difference for reporting to credit bureaus, that the property is considered a cono under FL law?

It matters not.

There is no direct method for any assn. to report.

If you file the lien it will show up under "Public Records".
