Could anyone who is in the Los Angeles, we're in the SFV area, provide me with some names and contacts for HOA Management Co. they have had good experience with. Please don't overwhelm this post with advertisements or testimonials just names and contacts and we'll perform our do dillegence.

Since people all over the USA use this forum, you may not find your answer here. You need someone very local.

Look around your city.... find a HOA in similar size, talk to owners and ask them how they like their management company. You may even find their website by googling their name which will reveal the company.

Contact other HOA's in your area and see who is managing them. When you get ready to consider a new contract, write out the expectations and solicit bids from as many companies as will bid. Then check out their references by visiting the property and talking to owners.

Yea, already did the expectation paperwork in prep for interviewing HOA companies.

8 units and we currently pay $315 a month for Finacial and property management services

We have talked to Benco Property Mgt. (Encino) and HOA Management Professionals, Inc (Glendale) and fellow Los Angeles HOA's heard/use either of the two companies and wish to provide feedback.

You either want C.A.I. management or non C.A.I. Management. I would suggest non for your 8 unit complex.
