Our (original) Articles of Association and Declaration of Restrictions have been reviewed by 2 attorneys both have questioned the validity of the HOA because of the manner signatures were gathered/recorded who would we present this to to confirm their opinions ? This is not the reason attorneys became involved but are a definite issue if 2 attorneys call them into question.

What was the lawyers advise on how to fix the issue?

What is it you want done - disbanding the HOA or correcting the documents to solidify the HOA?

If you want to solidify the HOA I would follows the attorneys advise.

If you want to disband the HOA you will probably need to file legal action. Suggest you get an attorney.
