What documents do you need to keep and how long do you need to keep them. Our HOA is 15 years old and we have
to downsize our records but aren't sure what needs to be kept or for how long. We are in PA. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Most of this will be in within your State laws:

PA Uniformed Planned Community Act - 5316. Association records

PA Uniform Condominium Act - 3316. Association records

PA Corporate law may apply as well (if you are incorporated).
