Yelp is a business review site at http://www.yelp.com/ .

Do you either post or read reviews about your manager or prospective managers on Yelp?

I asked the same question in a LinkedIn Discussion. On LinkedIn, though, the group is mostly HOA managers so I decided to ask here in order to get the Board Member and homeowner perspective.

If this post prompted you to look at your manager's Yelp review for the first time, what did you find? If your manager has reviews, do you consider the reviews credible?

Businesses can remove negative comments against them on Yelp, and BBB by paying them. There have been several class action lawsuits against them for because of this.

I Yelped several managers and found many negative reviews (and a few positive ones). I also looked at the filtered/suspect reviews which had some positive and some negative reviews.
