I would like to thank Community123.com for helping set up web site cypressgreens.com. There you can view information which is available to the public, such as the Declaration, First Amendment to the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, Rules and Regulations, and ARC form.

Roger, this website is excellent! Thank you and Community123 for setting up and sharing with the forum. This will help us all tremendously especially this time of year when new boards/members are being elected to serve.
It gives us all a great starting place to compare docs/forms we are presently using, where we are falling short and to view a standard we can use for the future. It's wonderful.
