If our HOA Docs. say that the homeowners our responsible for the upkeep of the trees in there yards. Can the board put in the budget to care for such trees?
(trimming, fertilization)

Will by adding such item void the budget?

Tasha, to go onto an owners lot without permission is tresspassing. So it could be difficult to provide this service to every homeowner. In which case it should not be done. I would suggest a line item veto to such a proposed budget.
